Steinberg, Robert Levine and Brad Fuller and actors Clara Paget, Toby Stephens, Ray Stevenson and Zach McGowan speak onstage during the Black Sails panel as part of the Starz portion of This is Cable 2016 Television Critics Association Winter Tour at Langham Hotel on January 8, 2016 in Pasadena, California.

The teaser for Season 4 of Starz hit television series "Black Sails" has been released. The voiceover from the clip teases that not a good man was left among the characters on its upcoming run.

The 30-second teaser features James Flint (Toby Stephens) and Blackbeard (Ray Stevenson) with Eleanor Guthrie (Hannah New), John Silver (Luke Arnold), Woodes Rodgers (Luke Roberts) and Max (Jessica Parker Kennedy). The ominous voice over, which sounds like it is from Blackbeard warns, "There isn't a good man among them, not anymore. Some of them may have been, some of them may be again. Good men are not what the moment requires; the time calls for dark men to do dark things. Do not be afraid to lead them to it."

From the teaser, it can be deduced that the characters are still reeling from the devastating yet calculated loss in Season 3 that may inspire a power-shift in Nassau, Entertainment Weekly reported. Last season, Jack Rackham (Toby Schmitz), Anne Bonny (Clara Paget) and Blackbeard helped Flint defeat the British after the execution of Charles Vane (Zach McGowan).

"Black Sails" Season 4 will mark the final run of the series, Deadline reported. Co-creators Jonathan Steinberg and Robert Levine opined that the series had come to a point where it is ripe for conclusion.

"While it was a difficult decision for us to make this season our last, we simply couldn't imagine anything beyond it that would make for a better ending to the story nor a more natural handoff to Treasure Island," Steinberg said.

"Black Sails" returns for its final season in January 2017.
