"Blindspot" Season 2 brings back Jane's enemy Cade. The midseason also brings back memories of Jane's past self, especially on the evil Remi.
Spoilers for the midseason of "Blindspot" Season 2 revealed the return of Sandstorm's former member Cade. However, details about his comeback remain scarce. According to Entertainment Weekly, he probably appears in a flashback scene.
This flashback happens when Jane (Jaimie Alexander) recalls some things about her past. In her memory, she sees herself as Remi, having a conversation with her brother Roman (Luke Mitchell) and Cade (Tom Lipinski).
Likewise, in this recollection, Jane realizes that she used to be very mean. As the publication puts it, Remi is "even worse" than Jane thought she was.
Viewers who tuned in to "Blindspot "Season 2 episode 12 already know just how evil Remi was. In this episode, Roman remembers a conversation he had with his sister about his girlfriend. Remi had warned Roman not to lose focus on their mission for Sandstorm and to forget about his girlfriend. She seemed to be the one in control of her brother.
Meanwhile, a previous spoiler for "Blindspot" Season 2 from TV Guide revealed Cade also appears in the flesh. He returns in the midseason to exact his revenge on Jane. Fans may remember that Jane pushed him over the ship in Season 1. Jane thought Cade died then, but apparently, he is still alive.
Cade wants Jane dead, this much he wants to see happen in the second half of "Blindspot" Season 2. According to the publication, it is unlikely that he will miss this time. Does this mean that Jane dies?
Jaimie Alexander previously confirmed that a major death happens in the midseason, which shocked and saddened her. Was she perhaps referring to her character's death? Fans will have to find out when the show returns with "Blindspot" Season 2 episode 13 on Jan. 25.
