Eddie Guerrero, Sycho Sid, Wrestling Legends Available in ‘WWE 2K17’ Legends Pack

"WWE 2K17" adds five wrestling legends to its ever expanding roster thanks to the recently released downloadable content (DLC), the Legends Pack. The wrestlers in the pack include Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Tatanka, Eddie Guerrero, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, and Sycho Sid. The DLC is available at the price of $8.99 for both the PlayStation for and the Xbox One. This also marks the second DLC the developer has released following up the Goldberg Pack which was released early November. The Goldberg Pack was released in promotion of Goldberg's reappearance in the WWE. The game plans to add in a lot more content in the coming months with all of them being available to players if they purchased the $30 season pass.

Around a month ago, the first expansion for "Dark Souls 3" was released entitled "Ashes of Ariandel". The expansion featured a new location along with added content such as weapons, armor, and magic. Tweaks to the player vs player (PVP) system were also put into place. However, the release was also coupled with bugs and glitches that proved problematic for a lot of players. Due to that, From Software is updating the game, hoping to fix these problems. Patch notes include fixes for Sir Vilhelm getting stuck or disappearing entirely along with other enemies that were also disappearing or acting unusually.

The team behind “Pokemon Uranium” will be shutting the fan-made game for good.

The Game Awards recently released a nominee list for various categories including a Best Fan Creation award. The list originally included "Pokemon Uranium", and "Another Metroid 2 Remake" (AM2R) as part of the nominees but both have been removed a week later. Now the list only has "Brutal Doom 64" and the "Elder Scrolls: Skyrim" mod "Enderal: The Shards of the Order". "Pokemon Uranium" is a fan project that is heavily based on the original Game Boy Pokemon games while "AM2R" takes a lot of inspiration from the Metroid series.

With just a week left before Square Enix releases "Final Fantasy XV" worldwide, the company has decided to release two trailers detailing the lore and features of the game. The trailer introduces the fantasy world of Eos which is a mix of technological advancement and mystical history typical of a Final Fantasy game. XV is a full blown action RPG which is a development Square Enix recently made with the Final Fantasy games to make them more modernized. Along with doing various types of melee and magic attacks, players can also dodge, counterattack, as well set-up team strategies.

Naughty Dog just released a trailer detailing their upcoming new content for "Uncharted 4" this December. The content is free and will feature a new cooperative game mode called Survival. The game pits up to three people against waves of enemies in increasing difficulty. The game can be played solo, and is based on the "Uncharted 3" Co-op Arena mode. According to a report, Naughty Dog built the core mechanics of the game based on Arena mode but added in more variety and challenge. Survival mode will feature a dedicated progression system and upgradable arsenal.

The first season of the episodic "Hitman "video game is nearing its end and according to Creative Director Christian Elverdam, the studio is happy with the sales numbers. While they can't release specific details due to owning company Square Enix being a publicly traded one, the success of the game may attract other developers to try the model. Thanks to the high number of sales, IO Interactive is looking to go beyond the first season and envisions that the game will have a very large amount of content in the end.

In a recent announcement by Bandai Namco, the fighting and role playing game (RPG) "Dragonball Xenoverse 2" will be getting its first downloadable content (DLC) on 20 December. All players will get a free update that includes new content but those who paid for the season pass or the upcoming DLC will get more content. Included in the DLC are two new characters, Frost and Cabbe who will join the 68 playable characters in the game. New costumes, attacks, and parallel quests will also be available for those wanting to pay for the extra content.

While developer BioWare recently announced that "Mass Effect Andromeda" would be moved to early 2017 instead of this holiday season, they are putting the extra time to work. Mac Walters recently mentioned several aspects of the game that is under review. These include verticality which improves the level design, meaning players will see newer movement options in the game. The company is also said to be reviewing a few more loyalty missions and character customization options. Newer content is still being added to the game but due to that a lot of fans are thinking that there might be more delays incoming.

A lot of rumors were circulating prior to BlizzCon 2016 and one of the most popular ones was the probability that Blizzard was going to announce the 4th installment of the Diablo franchise. "Diablo 3" was released in 2012 and despite all of the hype built around it, the game had a lot of problems from launch. This caused a lot of the player base to leave the game though Blizzard has made good by releasing expansions and patching the problematic aspects of the game away. "Diablo 3" has since returned to form with great ports and the promise of new content such as the necromancer class. However, what does this mean for "Diablo 4"?
