LeBron James renews contract with Cavaliers in a $100 million 3-year deal

Lebron James decided to stay longer with the Cavaliers and signed a 3-year contract to obtain more championships. His salary amounted to $100 million and by far the highest paid NBS basketball player in the league history.

Marijuana: No medical value say DEA, FDA

It has been a long debate if medical marijuana should be regulated or not. Many US states have already legalized marijuana for recreational and medical purposes. However, the Drug Enforcement Administration and Food and Drug Administration are not convinced that medical marijuana truly has medical properties, ditching the petition to make it legal.

Another lawsuit hits Ed Sheeran as the family of Ed Townsend filed a case against him for a copyright infringement. They claimed that his song "Thinking Out Loud" copied the basic melody and rhythmic fundamentals from Marvin Gaye and Ed Townsend's "Let's Get It On".

Walmart has acquired Jet.com for a total of $3.3 billion and is considered to be the largest e-commerce acqusition. Jet.com founder and CEO Marc Lore will lead Walmart's success and uplift the largest retailer's online business.
