The filming for "Fast 8" has wrapped up, and actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson thanked the cast and crew on social media. However, news outlets have noticed that he failed to mention his co-star Vin Diesel in his post.

"Finished strong and on to the next," Johnson wrote on Instagram. "That an officially wrap on #FastAndFurious8."

He went on to give his thanks to director F. Gary Gray, to production company Universal, and to all his co-stars. He mentioned Scott Eastwood, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Tyrese Gibson, and also the film's crew. He did not thank Diesel, however, who he reportedly had a disagreement with. But then, he did not specifically mention Michelle Rodriguez, Chris Bridges, Kurt Russell, Jason Statham, Charlize Theron, or Helen Mirren either.

According to TMZ, the conflict between two actors was due to Diesel’s work ethics. It is said that he was always late when he had to shoot scenes because he wouldn’t come out of his trailer, and this alleged “arrogance” was reportedly perceived by the crew as “out of control.” Johnson, on the other hand, was always on time.

The news about the apparent feud came out when The Rock expressed his frustration on social media on Aug. 9, saying that some male actors in the film are not professional.

“Fast 8” is the eighth installment in the “Fast and Furious” franchise, and will see the return of characters Dominic Toretto (Diesel), Luke Hobbs (Johnson), Letty Ortiz (Rodriguez), Roman Pierce (Gibson), Deckard Shaw (Statham), and Frank Petty (Kurt Russeld). It is scheduled to be released on April 14, 2017.

Meanwhile, Johnson also said on his Intragram post that he will be reuniting with Kevin Hart and Jack Black for the film “Jumanji,” which he clarified is not a reboot of the 1995 film that starred the late Robin Williams; rather, it is a continuation of the story. The “Jumanji” sequel will reportedly be released in July 2017.
