Japanese Pop Singer Ayaka Hirahara Goes Daring in Her New Album

One of Japan’s renowned singer and songwriter Ayaka Hirahara is attempting to climb to the next level in her career as she displays the bolder side of herself in her latest album ‘LOVE.’

Released under the Universal Music Japan, ‘LOVE’ features 10 songs namely ‘Muscat,’’Aria Air,’ ‘Kodou,’ ‘Mamizu no Namida,’ ‘STAR,’ ‘She Sou,’ ‘Mi Soushin no Koi,’ ‘Song for you,’ ‘LOVE,’ and ‘Sora Ichimen no.’

The songs were composed by Japan’s celebrated music geniuses like Miyuki Nakajima, Kazuo Zaitsu, Koji Tamaki and Hideaki Tokunaga. Hirahara also took part in the creation of some songs.

‘Muscat,’ written and arranged by the veteran singer-songwriter Tamaki, was performed by Hirahara in an inspiring sensual manner. According to the 32-year-old singer, the song reminds her of her childhood.

"The lyrics could sound mellow, but not necessarily. It actually brought back memories of my childhood, the warm touches of my parents. The feelings were so precious, I couldn't help crying," Hirahara explained, according to Asia One news.

On the other hand, ‘Aria – Air,’ written by Japanese artist and radio personality Nakajima, depicts an intense melody that would stimulate every listener in a bold and clear way.

Hirahara revealed that her collaboration with other artists as well as the songs in her album had enabled her “emotions to carry her at times.”

“I felt relieved when I realized that perfection for me is not perfection for others. I think it would be more fun than picking on small details,” the singer stated, according to The Japan News.

Born in a musically inclined family, Hirahara started her career in the Japan entertainment industry in 2003. She has released 14 studio albums and two compilation albums.
