2NE1 leader and solo performer CL is making a name for herself in the United States as her song Hello B*tches has been featured in yet another commercial by a major US firm.

CL (Lee Chae-rin)'s song, which was released in last November 2015, has been used as a background music on T-Mobile's latest ad that was uploaded on social networking site Twitter on June 6. The ad is also already being aired on South Ko

The 30-second long #GetThanked ad portrays on-screen flashes of parties, concerts, places, stock market figures, money, and jewels to name a few, while CL's track is being played in the background.

This is not, however, the first time that CL's song has reached US airwaves. In the past two years, CL and her songs have also been featured in major US brands including Adidas and Microsoft.

According to Yibada, Hello B*tches was CL's pre-promotion performance for her debut in the United States. The lyrics were written by CL herself as well as Teddy, Jean-Baptiste, and Danny Jung. Even though it was announced in 2014, the timeline her official debut in the US is yet to be revealed.

"I always wanted to do my solo album in English, because I grew up listening to a lot of pop artists and English-based songs, but you can't really do that in Korea, so ..." she told Billboard in an interview earlier this year.

She is allegedly working with Scooter Braun, who manages Psy.
