Ji Sung is winning the hearts of the netizens not only because of his acting in "Defendant," but also because of his genuine love for his wife Lee Bo Young.
In fact, the actor would often visit Lee Bo Young on the set of "Whisper" to show his all out support. Apparently, the upcoming SBS drama is currently filming near "Defendant's" set; hence, Ji Sung can easily see his wife whenever he has the time.
PD Lee Myung Woo shared the "Whisper" actress would tease her husband everytime he shows up on the set. Lee Bo Young would say, "Go, go. Director, please stop him from coming anymore," as cited by Soompi.
However, the PD revealed Lee Bo Young also sneaks out to check on her husband on the set of "Defendant." The actress would even give him her opinion of his acting and would cheer him up before the cameras start rolling.
"They just keep going back and forth between each other's sets," Lee Myung Woo stated while laughing.
In an episode of "Star Ranking Show," Allkpop reported the 40-year-old actor almost gave up his acting career for Lee Bo Young who did not want to date a fellow celebrity.
The actress admitted she rejected Ji Sung when he first asked to date her. But that did not stop the actor from pursuing Lee Bo Young; hence, he told her that he would give up his career to meet her condition.
After learning about this, netizens could not help but admire Ji Sung for his dedication to Lee Bo Young, while most of them are grateful that the actress allowed him to pursue his acting.
"Thankfully she didn't accept that and just accepted him otherwise we sure would have missed some of the best acting in the business," a fan wrote.
