ASTRO's Taiwanese fans will have to miss Cha Eun Woo in their promotions as the idol was ordered to rest due to sickness. In a statement released on Wednesday, Fantagio apologized to fans who have been waiting to see the whole group.
"ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo suddenly came down with cold symptoms, so he will not be attending any of the schedules today and will be resting," the label said as per Allkpop.
Fantagio shared the ASTRO member showed signs of cold after wrapping up their concert at the National Taiwan University Sports Center last Feb. 28. However, the label assured fans that Cha Eun Woo is in good shape, stating that the idol only needs to rest for a while.
"We apologize once again to the Taiwanese fans who have been waiting for ASTRO," Fantagio ended the dispatch.
Aside from their promotions in Taiwan, the six-member boy group is scheduled to hold performances in Hong Kong and Singapore on Mar. 3 and 5, respectively. These shows are part of ASTRO's first Asian concert tour.
According to Soompi, the rookie just celebrated their first anniversary last Feb. 23. In fact, ASTRO has even prepared special treats to thank the fans for their all-out support.
A day before their anniversary, the boy group dropped "Winter Dream" to complete their season-themed releases. ASTRO made their debut with "Spring Up," which was followed by "Summer Vibes" and "Autumn Story" in the same year.
The K-Pop group shared the special moment with their fans through social media updates. Some of them uploaded funny and cute selcas, while other members produced a dance video for their supporters.
