The teams of the West, although don't have amazing skills, they still standout amongst the others and are most likely to make the list for NBA.

According to SB Nation, statistics state that the four teams from the West that have a chance of making the NBA playoffs list, have lost 12 straight games when combined altogether. The teams have a higher chance of being selected for the NBA playoffs because their performance is comparatively better than that of the teams from the East. Statistics also state that if one compares the top 16 teams in the NBA by record, they would find four of the top five teams and seven from the top 10 teams belonging to the West.

NBA published its own 24 predictions about the 2016-2017 season playoffs which give us further details about the possibilities of the final results of the much awaited season. The list includes predictions which state that Utah will be one of the top four teams in the Western Conference and that Oklahoma will definitely reach the playoffs. The most interesting prediction made is that the LA Clippers have a high chance of making it to the Western Conference finals and that Milwaukee will have to reconsider letting some of their younger players move so that they have a clear chance to shoot up in the line-up.
