"Teen Wolf" fans will see another familiar character returning to Beacon Hills in the back half of Season 6.

According to TV Line, actor Matthew Del Negro will reprise his role as Scott's father, Rafael, in an upcoming episode of Teen Wolf's current season. Details on his return to Scott's orbit have not been disclosed. Fans will remember that the character was last seen in an episode of Season 4 titled "Time of Death."

Del Negro also took to Instagram to announce that he will indeed return to the supernatural drama. A few days ago, he shared a photo of his trailer with the caption, "#daddysback #teenwolf"

As for new faces, "Teen Wolf" has recently recruited "Black Sails" actress Sibo Mlambo as a recurring character in Season 6. It was reported back in October that the actress will play the role of Tamora Monroe, the new humanities teacher and guidance counselor at Beacon Hills High.

As for her character's description, it was revealed that Mlambo's Tamora is "'charismatic and smart" who inspires students with her intense passion.

Mlambo is also known for her previous credits on "Detour" and "The Last Face."

"Teen Wolf" will return with an all new episode titled "Ghosted" in January, where viewers will find Scott, Lydia and Malia digging for clues about the Wild Hunt. Elsewhere, the episode will continue to delve on the Ghost Riders storyline as Liam and Hayden take drastic measures in the fight against the new Big Bad.

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 will mark as the final season of the supernatural series. Although MTV has opted to no longer renew the series, star Tyler Posey didn't feel sad over the cancellation.

"I wasn't overcome with joy, but I had peace," Posey shared at a Comic Con interview back in July.

"So much peace was in me and happiness. Looking back on everything that we've done as a cast, as a show, as an entity at Comic Con and in people's lives in general. There's not a lot of shows that can say that they've done that and made 100 episodes and remained friends. There's been no negativity. It's a little bittersweet, but it's all happy tears."

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 will return on Tuesday, Jan. 3 on MTV.
