For the second week in a row, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" remains at the top spot of the United Kingdom (UK) video game sales charts. It leads ahead of "FIFA 17" and "Battlefield 1" which holds the second and third spot respectively.

Meanwhile, other titles are finding their way up including "Watch Dogs 2" and "Grand Theft Auto V" which had a big sale through the Steam platform in the previous week. Other top games included in the list are "Final Fantasy XV" and "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" Most of the games in the list have reportedly enjoyed an increase in sales thanks to pre-Christmas offers that have people buying them at lower prices.

Prior to reaching the top spot, "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" dethroned "Pokemon Sun and Moon" which enjoyed a high amount of sales during the release. The PlayStation 4 version of the latest "Call of Duty" game was also reported to have a higher amount of sales. Other games in the top 40 include "WWE 2K17", "Dead Rising 4", "DOOM", "Overwatch" and "Titanfall 2".

Sales are expected to increase with "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" being offered as part of a Countdown Sale for Xbox Live. The sale will feature numerous games for the Xbox One and Xbox 360. Over 350 offers are said to be part of the biggest sale done by Xbox One with titles such as "NBA 2K17", "Dead Rising 4", "Final Fantasy XV", and "Battlefield One" included in the list. During the 2015 Countdown Sale, Xbox Live only offered around 200 plus deals. Monthly Xbox Live Gold memberships will also be available for only $1, available to people who have not yet subscribed to the service before. More details will be revealed in the coming days.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" was released last November 4 and is available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows.
