The X Box One arrives just in time for the holiday season, and will be competing against the Sony Playstation Four, which came out last week.

Xbox One Backwards Compatibility update brings additional games on the growing list of games. Microsoft announced that only five titles are only included in this month's update.

The Redmond tech giant continues to expand the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility list as update brings another set of Xbox 360 games playable on Xbox One. These three games "Pure," "Rayman Legends" and "Burnout Paradise" has joined "Omega Five" and "Military Madness," all exclusive for the said feature, Express reported.

"Burnout Paradise" is also included on Games with Gold December 2016 list which means players with Xbox Live with Gold subscription may download the game for free. The free games lineup also brings "Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition" on Xbox One and "Outland" on Xbox 360 in the first half of the month followed by "Outlast" and "Burnout Paradise." The complete titles that support this feature can be found on Major Nelson's blog.

Through this feature, players get to enjoy Xbox One's Game DVR, Screenshots and Windows 10 streaming without comprising their saves, game add-ons, achievements, and Gamerscore from their Xbox 360 console.

Meanwhile, Black Friday deals have overwhelmed players as AAA titles have been spotted on the Xbox Live's website. During the largest shopping spree "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" and "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" were listed on the games which support Xbox Backwards Compatibility.

Although this news brought excitement to players, Xbox's Larry Hryb recently clarified that these games were mistakenly listed on the site and has been removed. He further added that players should not expect any announcement pertaining to the inclusion of these two games on the list.

As of to date, Xbox Backwards Compatibility update has a total of five new titles. More Xbox 360 titles are expected to be added next month as well as on Xbox Live Games with Gold program list of free games.
