A wild trade rumor has been circulating online these days and it involves the Oklahoma City Thunder, New Orleans Pelicans, and Sacramento Kings in a three-team deal that would involve the movement of six players.

HNGN reported the proposed trade scenario which has the following terms: (1.) the Thunder gets Rudy Gay from Sacramento and Alexis Ajinca from New Orleans, (2.) the Pelicans acquire Enes Kanter from OKC and Darren Collison from Sacramento, and (3.) the Kings receive Kyle Singler from OKC and Jrue Holiday from New Orleans.

The report suggested that the three-team, six-player deal is "fair" and "beneficial" to all sides involved, although the Pelicans may have the slight advantage over the other two clubs in terms of player reliability.

Kanter will be a great backup for Anthony Davis and is an instant scorer off the bench while Collison can be the team's new and more reliable starting point guard who does not have a long history of injuries.

The Thunder is set to gain their desired player in Gay, who could tremendously help ease the offensive burden on Russell Westbrook's shoulders, while Ajinca is a nice addition to strengthening OKC's bench.

Lastly, the Kings could benefit well with Singler, who many analysts believe has the potential to make it big if only given enough playing time. They will also have Holiday, who is a proven veteran floor general who could be a stable option at starting point guard barring the injuries.

However, Gay is currently out with an injured right hip flexor suffered during the Kings' 116-92 win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday, as per CBS Sports.

There are still no official reports about the severity of the injury or the timetable of his return so any trades involving Gay may have to be put on hold later.

Gay has been in the rumor mill since the summer when he admitted to reporters that he is unhappy in Sacramento and would move to another team once he hits free-agency in the summer of 2017.
