While it has been great seeing "Bioshock" make its appearance once again as remastered, fans have complained about the number of bugs they encountered during their gameplay.

Publisher 2K Games listened to and acknowledged the pleas and rants of the players for "Bioshock: The Collection" and made sure to address each issue with an upcoming patch. Most of the complaints revolved around the game's unstable and difficult mouse controls. There were also a number of lacking features such as the support for 21:9 displays, FOV sliders, and many audio settings, including options for the 5.1 surround.  The game also had a lot of crashes as well.

Thankfully, 2K gave many of its fans hope as it wrote a post in the Steam blogs, saying that the team will be addressing by working on the player's feedback soon. Their number one desire is for players, whether first timers in Rapture or revisiting it, to enjoy "Bioshock" as much as possible.

Just to state them once again, here's a list of issue to be addressed:

  • General Mouse Fixes, including better Mouse Smoothing, Sensitivity and Acceleration Options in "BioShock"
  • Additional Speaker Mode Options in Audio Settings in "BioShock"
  • Improved FoV Slider Options in "BioShock," "BioShock 2" and "Minerva's Den"
  • Support for 21:9 display ratios in "BioShock," "BioShock 2" and "Minerva's Den"
  • General stability improvement to reduce instances of game crashes.

In an earlier article from VG 24/7, players looked forward to revisiting Rapture once again in "Bioshock: The Collection." However, what they didn't expect is the same kind of bugs from the original version making a comeback.

Hopefully, with all the negative feedback, 2K Games will finally fix the problem and have its players enjoy the beautiful, wonderful yet horrifying world that is Rapture.

"Bioshock: The Collection" was released on Sept. 13 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.
