From Walt Disney Animation Studios, 'Frozen' is the highest grossing animated feature film ever and has won multiple awards including two Academy Awards, a Golden Globe and two Grammy Awards.

"Frozen 2" production is disturbed by rumors of cast members problem and same-sex marriage. Furthermore, after announcing plan to begin production of "Frozen 2," Disney has not made any official announcement about the movie's release schedule.

The first installment of the franchise, "Frozen" was recorded as the highest grossing animated film. It also won two Academy Awards, one Golden Globe award and two Grammy Awards. Millions of fans around the world are waiting for its sequel, but according to "Frozen 2" spoilers, as reported by VR Report, rumors have plagued the production team.

Rumors such as problems with cast members and the issue of same-sex idea to give Elsa a girlfriend in the sequel, has disturb the production team. Nevertheless, actress Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell, who played the voice of Elsa and Anna, appeared to be really excited to join the cast in the sequel.

It can be remembered that in 2015, Disney released the short film "Frozen Fever," wherein the 7-minute animated film tells the story of Anna's birthday party. Original cast including Menzel and Bell, along with Jonathan Groff (Sven) and Josh Gad (Olaf), came back to provide lead voices. However, fans are still waiting for the full-feature animated film.

Two weeks ago, Disney finally announced to start working on the sequel. Disney also appointed Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee to return directing the sequel, as reported by Today News. The announcement was made at Disney's annual shareholder meeting in San Francisco on Thursday Sept.1.

Chief creative officer for Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios John Lasseter said that he and the entire production team enjoyed to make the "Frozen Fever." As for the "Frozen 2" spoilers, Lasseter asked the fans to wait, as the directors have come out with the great idea for the sequel.

"We enjoyed making 'Frozen Fever' so much and being back in that world with those characters," Lasseter said. "Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have come up with a great idea for a sequel."

However, after two weeks with no official update from Disney, fans begin to wonder if will we finally see "Frozen 2" to be released?
