As a head coach, Tyron Lue has the team of his coaching staff that help him organizing the play. But his team are reported to be extremely unhappy with the Cavaliers management, as they still have no contract extension for the next season which is only a month away.

Coach Lue has a team of assistant coaches consist of the veteran Phil Handy, Damon Jones, Jim Boylan and James Posey. They have been working together with coach Lue when he was appointed head coach for the Cavaliers last season. As the season ended, according to NBA columnist for ESPN Chris Haynes, all of the assistant coaches currently have no contract for this season, CBS Sports reported.

It is reported that such situation angered Lue and his coaching staffs to the point of hostility. Lue wants his entire coaching staffs to return with him, and he is upset because the Cavalieres delayed the contract extension for them.

The management of Cleveland Cavaliers is building a reputation for dragging their feet with certain contracts, according to Bleacher Report. Last summer, they let center and forward Tristan Thompson to hang out on the free-agent market all the way until October before re-signing him. Currently, point guard JR Smith is also reported to experience similar circumstance.

Last year's championship ring was obtained by Cleveland Cavaliers due to the hardwork and teamwork between players and coaching staffs. Lue and his staffs were able to contain Steve Kerr's strategy in the Finals and turned back the table after 3-1 deficit. Lue was even able to make Cavaliers superstar LeBron James, who often criticizes other coach's strategy, to follow to his play.

As new season is approaching, the management of Cavaliers must decide accordingly regarding the coaching staff contract. Cleveland Cavaliers will start the NBA pre-season game on Oct.5 in its home court, Quicken Loans Arena against Orlando Magic.
