Following his social media post that showcased his basketball workout, Chris Bosh expected Miami Heat to respond well. However, up to now, the Heat management still remain silent. In fact, there is speculation about the Heat's plan to get salary caps relief for his contract.

In his recent social media post earlier this week, the 32-year old center and power forward declared his intention to return to court. But until now, he is not yet cleared to play, and according to SLAM, Miami Heat remains mum on their plans for Bosh.

There is speculation that Miami Heat tries to get salary caps relief for his remaining contract based on health issue. However, that will be difficult, because league rules stated that NBA and players association would appoint independent doctor to examine the player's physical condition, only if the player is unable to play for one full year. Which in Bosh's case is the next February.

If doctor declares him unfit to play, Heat will remove $52.1 million from Bosh's future salaries off the books. Nonetheless, Bosh desperately wants to return to court and he has tried to find doctor who can clear him to play. One doctor according to Miami Herald, proposed him to take blood thinners in the morning and getting off them at night, but Miami Heat rejected the arrangement.

Chris Bosh joined Miami Heat from Toronto Raptors in 2010 with other free agent player LeBron James, and with Dwyane Wade they formed "The Big-Three." The three of them have brought back-to-back championship ring to Miami in 2012 and 2013.

After successful years, "The Big Three" began to fall apart as James returned to his old team Cleveland Cavaliers two years ago. This season, Bosh becomes the last of "The Big Three" after Wade joined Chicago Bulls.

SInce James' departure, Miami Heat management and coach Erik Spoelstra had worked hard to re-organize the team. Now in Heat's frontcourt, two young players Hasan Whiteside and Justice Winslow are accompanied by veteran Udonis Haslem to attack the rim. While from the perimeter, the Heat has Goran Dragic, Josh Richardson and Dion Waters.

Miami Heat is scheduled to visit Washington Wizards in an NBA pre-season game on Oct. 4.
