"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 56 is expected to build up the excitement as Son Goku is about to meet Black once again and, this time, the evil Goku-lookalike just might be stronger than before.

Titled "Goku Black Rematch! The Appearance of Super Saiyan Rose!!" the episode is about to happen in the future where Black belongs. The teaser at the end of Episode 55 showed him powering up and taking a transformation that changes the color of his hair to pink and, based on the title, this is called Super Saiyan Rose. The question is, will Goku's Super Saiyan Blue transformation be enough to defeat him?

Fans will recall that Goku and Black first met in Episode 50, titled "Goku vs. Black! The Road Towards the Sealed Future." Black followed Future Trunks into the present and the two Gokus fought, but Black was not able to withstand Goku's Super Saiyan transformation. As the portal that connected the present to the future started to close, Black got sucked up, back to his time, but not before he destroyed Future Trunks's time machine.

After that, the protagonists tried to find out who Black is, thinking that it's the apprentice Kaiō-shin Zamasu because his chi felt similar to Black's, but after sparring with Goku, they concluded they the two couldn't have been the same person.

In "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 55, as discussed in an earlier article on Asia Stars News, Zamasu annihilated a Babarian, and it seems that he really thinks humans are evil. This is somewhat in line with what Future Trunks told his friends on Episode 51 - that Black wants to rid the world of humans. Could the present Zamasu end up being Black Goku in the future?

With the time machine fixed, Goku and Vegeta accompany future Trunks into his proper time, only to find the city in ruins. This is where they will meet the resistance and, very likely, Black.

According to Yibada, "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 56 will not be available for streaming elsewhere but will be shown on Fuji TV on Sunday, Aug. 28, at 9 a.m.
