Not just the overall box-office collection but the story-telling and an entire new world resented by the "Avatar" series has made fans anticipated for its upcoming sequels.

Cameron is an Oscar winning writer for the iconic movies like "Titanic" and "The Terminator." He is currently busy with the sequels to "Avatar," which is set to be released in by the end of 2018. The sequels will be elaborated in four films and the studio is happy with it, as they will have the opportunity to make more money with them. Cameron also revealed about the destiny of the character played by Stephen Lang in the first movie, Colonel Quaritch.

Cameron believes that he will become the Darth Vader of the "Avatar" franchise. The character of Lang will be reprised in the upcoming sequels and the resurrection of Quaritch will lead to many twists and turns in the movie plot.

In his interview with CinemaBlend, Lang revealed that reviving Quaritch's character after his death was not on his mind. However, since Cameron wished to resurrect him, he now feels that the character can do much more than he did in the first film. Lang further said that he shares a good working relationship with Cameron and may be that is why his character has got to evolve more in sequels.
