"iZombie" Season 3 will find Liv (Rose McIver) consuming the brains of a dominatrix. Meanwhile, the production for the new season has officially kicked off - as behind the scenes photos from the set surface online.
Going into its third season, fans of "iZombie" will see lead character consuming the brains of a dominatrix, as series star Rose McIver revealed at the recently concluded Comic Con, TV Line reported.
"Rose is good at everything," executive producer Dianne Ruggiero-Wright commented on Liv's upcoming storyline.
"She's gonna be the best dom."
Other highlights from the panel include "iZombie's" upcoming take on Law & Order, where Liv and Clive will solve a case in one episode of Season 3, and then Peyton will prosecute the case the following week.
Additionally, the cast also confirmed that Blaine's father Angus (played by "Prison Break's" Robert Knepper) will return for a three-episode arc on "iZombie" Season 3, Entertainment Weekly has learned.
Set to premiere midseason on the CW, the cast and crew have officially started working on "iZombie" Season 3 earlier this week. McIver even tweeted a photo on Sunday, with co-star Rahul Kohli on the laboratory set.

"iZombie" co-star Malcolm Goodwin, meanwhile, also tweeted a photo of the cast and crew on Wednesday. The actor is thrilled to be back at work and announced that he will be posting regular updates from the set.
"Yes! Season 3 of Izombie has started filming!" Goodwin said. "Day 1 went great! I'll post pics & vids I shot before my phone died."

"iZombie" Season 3 will premiere midseason on the CW.
