Well-known Korea-based Belgian artist Julian Quintart joined various Korean and foreign stars in the new co-ed special of MBC’s military-themed variety show "Real Man!" on July 25.

According to Soompi, Quintart has taken part in the Republic of Korea’s Naval Education and Training Command along with South Korean artists Seo In Young, Lee Si Young and Solbi, as well as foreign-born stars Henry Lau, Julien Kang, Sam Hammington, BamBam, and Jackson of the KPop boy group GOT7. The training, according to the news agency, will be lasting for five days.

"The naval training force normally includes 20 percent females. We're currently negotiating how to form the current members," “Real Men!” producing director Kim Min Jong shared, as quoted by All KPop.

This season special of “Real Men!” is the show’s first time to feature a mixed batch of trainees, Soompi reports. It has replaced the recently finished comedian special which featured Korea’s famous entertainers Moon Se-yoon, Yang Se-chang, Lee Jin-ho, Hwang Je-sung and Kim Kiri.

Meanwhile, Quintart is one of the cast members of “Non-Summit”, a TV show featuring foreigners living in South Korea who talks about various topics about the country and relate it to their foreign perspectives. His acting debut began in 2007 when he became one of the casts of the SBS Friday drama "Sky High."

The 28-year-old artist moved in Korea in 2004 when he became a part of the Rotary International student exchange program. Since then, he immersed himself in the Korean culture and settled in the country for good.
