After playing the character of the vampire investigator Yoon San in the recently concluded TV drama series "Vampire Detective," South Korean artist Lee Joon is in for another mission - to pose for Grazia's magazine August issue.

In the official photos released by Grazia on July 22, Lee appeared soft and vulnerable, which is very opposite to the brave, action-packed and dangerous roles that he usually portrays in his drama series. In fact, in one of the shots, the former member of the South Korean male group MBLAQ was slightly covering his face as he sat on the floor, holding his knees in his denim top and pants.

"I learned a lot in various ways, although my body had a hard time because I stayed faithful to the (action) genre," All KPop quoted the actor as saying. "When the camera comes close to me, I tend to become awkward and to stiffen my body, but in this drama, there are a lot of only closeups, so it became a time for me to train myself," he continued.

Lee, 28, started his career as a member of MBLAQ in 2008. However, six years after his association with the group, he departed from them to pursue his acting career.

Meanwhile, Lee is set to star in the new MBC TV drama series "The Girl With the Carrier," together with Korean stars Choi Ji Woo and Joo Jin Mo, wherein actor will portray the character of lawyer Ma Suk Woo, Soompi reported.
