"The Walking Dead" Season 7 storyline was hinted during the San Diego Comic-Con. According to the show's members of the panel, a major showdown will happen with the premiere episode, picking-up on Negan wrath.

The upcoming "The Walking Dead" Season 7 stars and producers graced San Diego Comic-Con and gave some details about the season's storyline. The upcoming season will show one of the greatest showdowns the audience will ever see since the epic Terminus battle from Season 4, the show's protagonist Andrew Lincoln hinted.

The "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premiere episode, on the other hand, will continue where it left off, revealing details about who will feel the wrath of Negan and his bat Lucille. The show's creator Robert Kirkman also said that frustrations will end soon as the team will make certain to blow away fans with the upcoming major turn of events.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan also arrived at "The Walking Dead" Season 7 San Diego Comic-Con panel as his character Negan, while holding his much-loved bat Lucille. He even received cheers and applause when he asked the crowd if they are pissing their pants. Morgan was joined by Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohan, Steven Yeun, Danai Gurira, and Chandler Riggs at the San Diego Comic-Con panel.

Meanwhile, Khary Payton will be stepping in "The Walking Dead" Season 7 to play King Ezekiel. "The Walking Dead" Season 7 news broke when Payton was seen as part of the Season 7's trailer during the Hall H panel at the SDCC Comic-Con, Deadline reported. There are also possibilities that the upcoming season will feature additional non-human characters, according to Executive Producer Gale Anne Hurd.

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 trailer also sparked speculations over Maggie Greene's condition. The previous season showed Greene in pain, and now that another season is coming, fans are starting to guess what her illness could be and how it will affect her unborn child in series, Inquisitr reported.

"The Walking Dead" Season 7 will be launched internationally on Oct. 24 via FOX channels.
