My Chemical Romance band has teased a 30-second video on its Twitter account and is re-issuing "The Black Parade" album.

According to Mirror, this video of My Chemical Romance was posted back on July 20 after being inactive on its official Twitter account for a long time since April 2015. It showed their new logo of the band and possibly an upcoming reunion. It also showed a dimly lighted flag waving in the wind and bearing a cross with a piano intro of the 2006 hit song "The Black Parade," welcoming the possibility of reissuing their album.

This teaser video of My Chemical Romance ended with the date "9/23/16." Many speculated that this date will be the release date of their new album. To celebrate the band's upcoming 10th anniversary, the band will be reissuing the album "The Black Parade." The band had confirmed via its official Twitter account that the reissue is not indicative of any tour or reunion plans, Rolling Stone reported.

Fans seem to be very happy with the comeback of the band, making it trending on social media. Gerard Way, the front man of the band, wrote a statement in 2013 about the band's official break up.

At that time, My Chemical Romance decided to settle after 12 years and four albums together. Back in 2010, "Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys" was their final release and remained the protopunk-influenced theme of the band. To those who are not aware, the theatrical Black Parade was released back in October 2006. It is about a cancer patient who experienced his death in the form of a parade and continued to reflect on his existence in the afterlife.

Here is the latest My Chemical Romance's teaser video reissuing the "The Black Parade" album.
