Park Yoochun's legal representatives have filed charges against the second woman who accused him of sexual assault, and reports indicate that the first woman accuser has re-opened her charges against the "Rooftop Prince" actor.

According to Soompi, the Gangnam police station has confirmed the news on July 4. It was revealed that Yoochun was summoned by the police on July 2 and 3 for questioning about the case filed against him, and also about his countersuit which he filed against his first accuser in June 20. Police also revealed that they plan on calling on Yoochun again for questioning due to the amount of case material.

The first suit filed by the singer charged the woman of blackmail. C-JeS Entertainment, Yoochun's agency, have expressed support for the singer and maintained that their talent is innocent. The agency also stated that the accusations are mere ways of blackmailing to extort money from the singer.

Meanwhile, the first accuser of Yoochun has re-opened her sexual assault case against the singer, according to Bitbag.

It was stated that "A," Yoochun's first accuser, has decided to re-file her charges after initially retracting it, with both her and her boyfriend apologizing to Yoochun. According to the woman, she is re-opening the case because she was forced by the singer to have sex with him. The woman also accused that the madam of the establishment, as well as the singer's friends, acted as accomplices, claiming that the madam blocked the bathroom door so that she cannot get out.

Police, however, stated that the woman cannot charge Yoochun with the same charges she initially filed, and will have to change her statement in the investigation of the scandal.
