A fan union of Park Yoochun on Monday expressed its continuous support for the actor and vowed to help protect his image despite the controversy.
The announcement was made by the Park Yoochun 's Korean-Foreign Fan Union. The union is a large network of fans from all parts of the globe, including China, Korea Vietnam, Japan and even countries in Europe.
Aside from defending the popular singer, the announcement also decried what it perceived to be inaccurate and offensive reports that continue to defame the actor. The group appealed to the media to stop reporting on speculations until the police are able to determine the veracity of the matter. They group also called for a fair investigation of the sexual assault charges against Yoochun.

The declaration of support will come as a breath of fresh air for Yoochun, who has been pilloried after four women accused him of sexual assaulting them. One woman has since dropped her charges against Yoochun.
Yoochun has maintained his innocence and declared that the allegations against him are all lies aimed at blackmailing him. He has filed a countersuit for bribery against the first woman who made the charge against him despite the fact that she has already retracted her complaint. The singer's lawyers have vowed to pursue similar cases against all the women who have made the allegations against him.
