Recent "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 spoilers reveal a steamy encounter between Rory and Amaya. Meanwhile, actor Dominic Purcell revealed in a recent interview what fans can expect from Amaya and Rory's relationship in the second half of the season.
Rory and Amaya seemed to have formed a deep connection in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2, so much so, that fans wondered if they would ever go beyond being friends. Purcell, who plays Mick Rory aka Heatwave, said that fans should not expect to see the pair become more than just friends.
Purcell told Entertainment Weekly that what Rory and Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) have is "more of an emotional connection." There is no romantic relationship going on.
However, the publication revealed that at some point in the series Amaya aka Vixen and Rory become rather intimate. Fans should expect a steamy sex scene happen between the pair in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 episode 11. Perhaps this happens merely out of carnal needs, since Purcell confirmed that Rory and Amaya do not become romantic in the instalment.
Meanwhile, the synopsis for "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 episode 11 teases another intense adventure for the heroes. According to Flickering Myth, in this episode titled "Turncoat," the team travels to the year 1776 to protect the first US President George Washington and the American Revolutionary War.
Sara (Caity Lotz) sends out Amaya and Nate aka Citizen Steel (Nick Zano) to help when their plan backfired. Stein (Victor Garber) and Jax (Franz Drameh) remain to fix the broken Waverider and they must defend themselves against their new enemies.
Meanwhile, ahead of the anticipated steamy sex scene between Rory and Amaya, they must help the team rescue Rip Hunter first. In "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 episode 10, the team brainstorms on how they can save Rip from the Legion of Doom, before the villains kill him.
