The anticipated crossover of the two of the biggest superheroes in The CW's primetime is coming on March on both "Supergirl" and "The Flash" episodes.

The crossover plan has already been announced last year, but now, the complete list of the characters who will crossover is finally released. Deadline reported that the cast include Grant Gustin, Melissa Benoist, Jesse L. Martin, Victor Garber, Carlos Valdes, Jeremy Jordan, and John Barrowman. The non-singing cast members are Supergirl's David Harewood and Chris Wood. Meanwhile, reports say that the villain for this musical episode will be Music Meister, one who has the power to make everyone around him sing.

As expected, the cast members have all been exposed in singing in one way or another. Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist have always been good in singing as they both appeared in Glee while Jesse L. Martin was involved in the Broadway hit Rent and Garber is an Award-nominated Broadway singer. Jeremy Jordan and Carlos Valdes also both have theatrical experience.

The crossover is set to premiere in Supergirl's episode on March 20 followed by the bunch of actions in The Flash episode on March 21. These back-to-back musical episodes is titled "Duet" and directed by Bermont Downs.

According to reports, the script and the story arc is still under works, but Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg already confirmed that both Barry and Kara will find themselves at pivotal crossroads on their respective series, and the experience of going through the musical will have a great impact on both series going forward.
