The late "Star Wars" actress Carrie Fisher is set to appear in two new episodes for "Family Guy" Season 15. Her memory will live on in both the big and small screens as she already completed work for before her death.

According to Variety, Fisher completed voice-overs for two episodes of the animated comedy "Family Guy" before she passed away. The premiere dates for her episodes have not yet been determined. However, it will air in the 2017-2018 season.

Fisher first guest starred on "Family Guy" as the supervisor Angela to Peter Griffin (Seth MacFarlane) at the brewery where he works, Comicbook reported. She voiced the character in 20 episodes that have aired since 2005. Her most recent episode was aired on Jan. 3 in the last season.

Fisher died on Tuesday morning at the age of 60 in the hospital. She had been hospitalized for four days after suffering from a massive heart attack while flying from London to Los Angeles last Friday. Paramedics removed her from the flight and rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she was treated.

Besides "Family Guy," Fisher has an episode of the Channel 4 and Amazon comedy series called "Catastrophe" waiting in the wings. She had been in the U.K. shooting on which she has a recurring role.

Fisher will not be leaving the big screen any time soon. She will appear and reprise her iconic role one final time for the next "Star Wars" installment, "Star Wars: Episode VIII," due out in December 2017.

Fisher had also already completed filming her scenes for the said forthcoming eighth movie. She was also slated to appear in Episode IX but had not begun filming. To recall, she had her first appearance as Princess Leia Organa in "Star Wars: A New Hope" back in 1977 when she was still 19 years old.

The "Family Guy" show's creator MacFarlene did not respond to inquiries about whether Fisher's character would get some kind of onscreen acknowledgment or sendoff.
