After the spectacular Christmas Special match-up from the NBA, the regular season returns for fantasy players looking for some value players that can offer high fantasy points. Fortunately, Monday's match-up proves to be a good source of low value high impact players.

Aaron Gordon - Orlando Magic

The Magic - Memphis match-up will be hard fought in the front court and Marc Gasol will definitely post impressive numbers. For Orlando, it's up to Ibaka to stop the surging center from scoring but look out for Aaron Gordon in this game because the athletic slam dunk champion will use his speed and sheer physicality against Green and Randolph. He'll most likely take over the role of scoring with Fournier sidelined due to sore heel.

Tony Snell - Milwaukee Bucks

Snell has been the reliable back-up guard for the Bucks this season but he's bound to have a breakout performance when the face the Wizards. According to his latest ESPN stats, he doesn't have the most stellar number against the Wizards (6.5PPG, 4.5RPG, 2.0APG) he should be a steal for fantasy players because of his low value contract price. Michael Beasley's injury could also push Snell for a bigger scoring role.

Doug McDermott - Chicago Bulls

According to Roto World, McDermott continues to rise to the challenges whenever he's needed as a second unit and he's particularly good at home. The face the Indiana Pacers at home which should give him a good chance to shine. Drafting McDermott could be a big hit for fantasy players but it all boils down to his number of minutes because he was able to score 15 against Charlotte when Dwayne Wade rode the bench for most of the time.

These three players could be enjoying some additional minutes on Dec. 26 and this could push them to add more points to the boards. Fantasy players should consider these options as bargain players with high fantasy points potential.
