"Sniper: Ghost Warrior" series and "Lords of the Fallen" developer CI Games has recently just released a new video walkthrough for the upcoming "Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3." The video also showcases a new mission and whole new never-before-seen slaughterhouse map.

According to recent reports about the mission, this slaughterhouse has been repurposed for one of the base of operations for the Georgian separatists, specifically for interrogations and body disposals, located in the deep in the snowy Georgian Mountains. Here, players will take the protagonist, the American Marine Jon North, on a mission there to search and rescue an American prisoner. CI Games has attested that this new area feels completely different from their previous maps in terms of ambience and gameplay.

The new video spans 17 minutes and the mission takes place somewhere in the middle of the game. The video also showcases the game's newcomer to the series, the aerial drone. The drones can be upgraded to be given features like camouflage and hacking mods that will allow the players flexibility as they accomplish the missions. Its primary function, of course, is to fly over an area and get a view of the area. The video also shows the drone sabotaging devices such as generators and fuse boxes to send the enemy AI in complete disarray. The players should better care of the drone and be stealthy, though, since enemies could spot the flying device and shoot it down.

CI Games also revealed that the "Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3" can have numerous methods in completing a mission. In the video, Jon North picks off isolated enemy soldiers during guard duty, using his Ghost skills to execute them. It also revealed that the outposts will not only have enemy soldiers as an obstacle, but also others such as mine fields that would force the players to strategize and maneuver through to create a clear path. Players also get to use the protagonist's tracking skills reveal more details on their targets and their locations. Speaking of mines, they could be disarmed, along with other numerous traps, to gain resources also.

Players should also be aware of the environmental hazards they could encounter in the game, such as wild animals and traversing through cliffs.

Here's an overview of CI Games' upcoming release just in case no one has heard of it yet:

"'Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3' tells the story of brotherhood, faith and betrayal in the most complete sniper experience ever.
