This company joined forces with an Indian game development company named Dhruva by buying the shares of the company and holding place with them as partners.
The deal had struck when Starbreeze bought 90.5 percent of Dhruva shares and became a part owner of the great company. According to StarBreeze Studios, they had acquired the shares at Dhruva by spending a total amount of 8.5 million dollars. They have given $7 million in cash and $1.5 million in the form of newly issued Starbreeze B-shares. This investment will prove to be incredibly beneficial to Starbreeze because of the high-quality graphics and game designs that Dhruva produces and publishes.
Dhruva has a line of success of its own for creating and developing incredible graphics and games. The Indian company was founded by K.Rajesh in1997 and is widely known for providing game development and gaming art production services to globally known companies. Some of their most famous gaming contributions have been "Halo 5," "Forza Horizon 3," "Mission impossible: Operation Surma" and "Terminator 3: Rise of Machines."
