They started well in the beginning of the season with only one loss in the first ten games. However as the season continue, LA Clippers and Cleveland Cavaliers struggled to maintain their game at the high level.

For the last five games, the Clippers has suffered more losses than wins. Their trouble in maintaining the consistency is clearly shown in their away games. Suffering three consecutive losses has gotten the coach Doc Rivers to get on his nerve.

In the game against Brooklyn Nets, Rivers was exploded as the official called foul. He walked past the midcourt and ejected after second technical foul. Later on, Rivers regretted his outburst as he said in an interview with TMZ .

Subsequently, Clippers was able to regain the momentum to win in two games against Cavaliers and the Pelicans. But the team fumbled again with the inconsistency as they lost 102-111 against Indiana Pacers at Staples Center on Sunday, Nov. 4

Meanwhile up in the East, Cleveland Cavaliers also face similar problems as the Clippers. They struggled to play at the high level and had to face three consecutive losses against Milwaukee Bucks, LA Clippers and Chicago Bulls. Their defense were falling apart in those three games.

After their third loss, Coach Tyron Lue collected clips showing their poor defense as reported by Cleveland.com. He used the clip to point out their ugly defense that cost them three losing streak to his players and fixing their defense cues.

In a practice session before the game at Air Canada Center against Toronto Raptors, coach Lue focused to fix the defense. This time it works well. As the Cavaliers was able toughten their defense and defeating Toronto Raptors 116-112.

Cavaliers have two days to improve their defense and maintain their level of before the game against New York Knicks on Wednesday at the Madison Square Garden.
