Previously, Pokémon Go was only accessible in the city of San Francisco where it is the sole place around the world that the phenomenal game can be played for many months.

Being in a beta status for a long time, the Pokémon Go's Nearby feature passed with flying colors. The tool provides an enhanced technique for finding nearby Pokémon creatures by referring which Pokéstop they are nearest to. Going to a PokéStop will expose a creature sneaking someplace within its radius, Eurogamer reported.
The Pokémon Go Nearby feature enables players to track Pokémon creatures that are situated in the game's map depending on their proximity to close Pokéstops. These are virtual stops for accumulating items that are connected with physical sites in the real world.
In the absence of the tracker, many Pokémon Go players have been left to not finding nearby Pokémon Go creatures in the game for many months. In fact, some Reddit Pokémon Go players have difficulties with the Pokémon Go Nearby feature's accuracy. However, since the tracker has been rolled out it only means that any issues with the said feature might have been fixed already, according to Business Insider.
Niantic has revealed that the Pokémon Go Nearby feature will also be introduced shortly to the entire United States and other parts of Europe as well.
"We will be expanding the Nearby Pokémon feature to the rest of the continental United States and large parts of Europe," according to a Wednesday blog post by Niantic. "We will continue to review the feedback submitted on our official social media accounts and in other channels and make changes if necessary."
It is expected that more and more players will play Pokémon Go now that the Pokémon Go Nearby feature is already available. The said feature will finally make it easier for Pokémon Go players to catch them all.
