The new "Clash of Clans" update brings back the game's normal visuals and fixes bugs from the recent Halloween-themed update.

The new patch released today is said to be optional for players to download. However, with the bugs fix it brings, it should be mandatory to all iOs and Android players.

According to iDigital Times, the "Clash of Clans" Halloween-themed update was plagued with two major problems. First, drag-and-drop feature cannot be used for army training. Second, the glitch has allowed easier troop training, but it made "more difficult for players to manage their troops and implement attack strategies effectively."

After updating to the latest patch, the game is back on its original theme. Players will bid goodbye to the spooky features. But still, players can easily earn XP for troops as the Scary Pumpkin obstacle has been retained.

As of the time being, latest 8.551.24 patch started to roll out on all supported platforms while another update is expected to roll out for December.

The Halloween-themed update brought players Witches, Balloons, Wall breakers and Skeleton spells, and faster speed of brewing spells.

Players speculate that Supercell will release a "Clash of Clans" December update since the game developer released one last year. With that being said, players assume that it will be a yearly tradition.

Reportedly, the next update will bring new wall levels and powerful air defense at Town Hall 11 as well as new look Golems, Hog Riders and Wall Breakers, and Barbarian Statue decoration.

Latest leaks reveal that wrecked ships can be fixed for 50,000 gold at Town Hall 4. There are also high hopes that sea creatures will be integrated with the game since the seaside is accessible to players.

On the other hand, players also clamor for the inclusion of single player map and daily challenges at different town hall levels on "Clash of Clans" December update, Neurogadget reported.
