According to Song as quoted by All KPop: "It's not something that I can say anything about, but I'll be cheering him on as a co-worker. I want to become a supportive co-worker for Gary oppa,”

The Hallyu star also stated that the “Monday Couple”, which is the established love team of her and Gary in the “Running Man”, is officially over. However, the actress hoped that the viewers would still remember their pairing in the future.
