The biggest show on US television is back with for its new bloody and gruesome season. “The Walking Dead” season seven opened up with a a post head-smashing scene with Rick giving Negan a warning --- that he will him not today, not tomorrow, but eventually.

This led to a road trip with the two and ended with a game called “Get my Axe”. Rick is thrown by Negan into a fog covered mom of walkers. He then shouted to Rick, "Bet you thought you were all going to grow old together. Sitting around the table at Sunday dinner and the happily ever after."

"No. It doesn't work like that, Rick. Not anymore. Think about what happened."

Once Rick was already atop the RV, he flashed back to the group with Negan rounding up the group for execution and saw him having already chosen his next victim, Abraham. Abraham took a brutal shot square to the head, fell to the ground, and then rose up defiantly to say, as only the Sarge could, "Suck. My. Nuts."

Negan then violently smashed Sarge’s head with his bat like in “test your strength” game in a carnila. When he was done, nothing is left with Abraham’s head. It was so shocking and brutal that it made the presence of zombies pale in comparison.

Then Negan turned around for his next victim. He then struck Glenn so hard with his Lucille that it made his eyes pop. Before Negan finished off his second victim, Glenn turned to his wife and, promised with what strength he had left, “Maggie, I’ll find you.”

Glenn’s death could probably be one of the show’s saddest and most heart-breaking scene. It is just cruel to see Glenn die in the hands of Negan who have survived so much in the course of the show.

The villain then warned Rick that if he could not retrieve immediately the axe, more of his friends will die. Upon completing his task, Rick handed over the weapon and drove back to the site where Abraham and Glenn were murdered.

Negan then hauled Rick out the RV in front of his fellow survivors. Rick then called his henchmen to point their guns to everyone except Rick and called Carl in front of the line. He then had the boy lie down in the ground and drew a line on his arm.

“I want you to take your axe and cut your son’s left arm off” — or everybody dies, including Carl.

Rick made a proposition of having his own hands be cut instead of Carl’s. But Negan just counted as if time is clicking. Carl then whispered to his dad, “Dad, just do it.” Fortunately, as Rick was gonna do what he had to, Negan stopped him at the last minute. But Negan already succeeded --- seeing Rick broken and down-throttled inside.

At its conclusion, Negan Negan had Dwight load Daryl in a van. Apparently, Daryl had impressed the head Savior. He’s “not a little bitch like someone I know,” Negan told Rick.
