EXO’s Baekhyun expresses gratitude to ‘Scarlet Heart: Ryeo' viewers

After the death of his character in the hit TV drama series “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo”, South Korean singer and actor Baekhyun of the popular boy group EXO expressed his gratitude to the viewers who took their time to watch the show.

In an interview, the 24-year-old star conveyed his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo” supporters and asked them to continue their support to the drama. Furthermore, he also expressed his thoughts about the fate of his character 10th Prince Wang Eun.

“I experienced a lot of things while filming the drama and I also learned a lot from the senior actors, so it was a very happy time for me. I want to thank all the viewers for their interest. I hope people continue to support ‘Scarlet Heart: Goryeo.’ I’d like to thank all the viewers who gave Eun much love. Thank you and I love you all,” the singer-actor said as quoted by Soompi.

Meanwhile, Baekhyun’s talent management agency SM Entertainment has recently announced that the KPop idol along with his fellow EXO members Chen and Xiumin will be part of the group’s sub-unit, All KPop reports. However, the date of the trio’s upcoming debut and the band name was not yet confirmed.

Baekhyun started his entertainment career in 2012 after joining the boy group EXO alongside Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, Sehun, Luhan, Kris, and Tao. Aside from his commitment to the group, he also appeared in the 2014 musical play “Singin' in the Rain” portraying the role of the lead character Don Lockwood.
