South Korean girl group’s IOI’s latest single “Very Very Very” is now leading the nation’s top music charts.

According to a report by All Kpop, IOI’s “Very Very Very” has claimed the number 1 spot in all of the 8 main real-time music charts in Korea. This is the band’s first time to dominate all the charts since their debut in May this year.

“Very Very Very” was published on YouTube by 1theK on October 16. After its release, the colorful and upbeat music video gained a total of over 3 million views in less than a day.

The group has recently held a live broadcast on V app entitled “I Miss You Very Very Very Much Show, Soompi reports. During the event, the group members revealed how they prepared for their second mini-album “Miss Me?” wherein “Very Very Very” is included.

“We were pressured because he’s another company’s producer, but when he saw us working hard he complimented us generously,” group leader Im Na Young said, as quoted by Soompi.

Member Kim Sejeong added: “It’s definitely exciting that we’re all together after a long time. It would be nice if the song performs well, but I just want us to all be happy.”

Meanwhile, IOI’s talent management agency JYP Entertainment founder Park Jin Young was also featured during the show through a video played on the screen. In the footage, Park described the concept of “Very Very Very” to the viewers.

“It’s a bright and lively dance song reminiscent of Wonder Girls’ ‘Tell Me.’ It captures the image of I.O.I as girls, rather than singers,” said Park.

IOI was formed by CJ E&M through the 2016 reality show Produce 101 in May. The group is composed of 11 members namely Lim Na Young, Kim Chung Ha, Kim Se Jeong, Jung Chae Yeon, Zhou Jieqiong, Kim So Hye, Yu Yeon Jung, Choi Yoo Jung, Kang Min, Kim Do Yeon and Jeon So Mi.
