Latest update on Android 7.0: HTC, Motorola, Samsung, LG, Sony, Xiaomi will have the seventh generation of Android

Photos of new HTC smartphone powered with Android 7.0 Nougat has been leaked, while Motorola has revealed the list of phone with the OS. What about Samsung, Sony and other smartphone maker?

Android Nougat has been the hot issue for Android users since Google announced its beta version in March and released its seventh generation of Android OS early this October. Last weekend, a leaked photo of HTC Bolt was revealed by Venture Beat, showing first look of the smartphone which will be powered by the operating system. The HTC Bold resembles its predecessor, the flagship HTC 10 with a larger 5.5-inch display.

HTC Bolt is built with a metal unibody chassis and the rumored specs mentioned it will be equippped with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. The phone is also assumed to be without a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is no official announcement form HTC regarding the HTC Bolt specifications yet.

Meanwhile Motorola has already prepared 15 smartphone with Android 7.0 including its Moto G, Moto X, and Moto Z series. Along with those series, Motorola also makes ready the Droid Turbo, Droid Maxx and Nexus S with the Nougat.

Samsung has not yet released official statement, not any leaked photo regarding its plan to join the Android 7.0 bandwagon. The Korean electronic company is still busy to deal with the aftermath of its troubled Galaxy Note 7, which ruins its product image.

Other manufacturers such as LG, Sony and Xiaomi has definitely girded their products for the Android 7.0 Nougat which its updated version was announced on Oct. 4, 2016 as Android 7.1. According to  Android Authority, the new Nougat OS has new additional features that ease its users and it works much faster than its predecessor.
