Robert Pattinson, who played Edward in the vampire movie franchise "Twilight" with his former flame Kristen Stewart is reportedly all geared up for the next "Twilight" reboot movie. The movie is presumed to be titled "Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined."
However, what was supposed to be a reunion movie, would not be one any longer as Pattinson has denied to work with Stewart again in the movie. The co-chairman of Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, Patrick Wachsberger, recently talked with Screen Daily about the possibility of a new movie to cast the vampire-duo again but after Pattinson's denial, things do not seem to follow the same pattern.
In an interview with Elle France, Pattinson got candid about his future projects and when asked about "Twilight," he referred to it as a happy accident that happened in his life. He added that it was pure coincidental for him to land the role when he met the director David Cronenberg.
When he was asked about working in another vampire franchise written by author Stephenie Meyer, he gave a quick response saying he definitely would but his response went cold from excited in a moment when asked about working with Stewart again. He maintained silence and said he would not like to talk about this subject.
Stewart, who is happily romancing her BFF and lover Alicia Cargile, had also revealed in the past that she would be more than excited to play again in "Twilight" reboot. She added that she was genuinely entrenched by the vampire franchise.
Pattinson and Stewart displayed a fabulous chemistry on screen in the "Twilight" franchise. where they played lead roles as Edward and Bella respectively. They were a happy couple at that time in real life as well. After Pattinson discovered that Stewart had been cheating on him with Rupert Sanders, the couple got estranged and went different ways leaving no possibility to be back again.
After which, Pattinson got engaged to singer FKA Twigs. There are rumors that the couple is about to get married soon but there had been no official confirmation about the same.
