‘WWE 2K17’ update: Season Pass brings legend wrestling superstars, all DLC contents revealed

Ahead of "WWE 2K17" release, its Season Pass' contents have been revealed. All DLC's contents that will be launched late 2016 and some time in 2017 are all detailed.

2K Games developers just uncovered what they have in stored for its players as "WWE 2K17" Season Pass details are now out in the open.

The Season Pass priced at $29.99, players will get a total of five dlc packs. These include Accelerator, Future Stars Pack, Hall of Fame Showcase, Legends Pack, and New Moves pack, Forbes reported.

As per the game developer, the first dlc, Accelerator pack, will allow players to access all unlockable content, and customize characters overall ranking and attributes during the game.

In addition, upcoming three packs will add favorite WWE superstars from the past to present. The Future Stars pack adds WWE and NXT superstars such as Austin Aries, Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, Mojo Rawley and Tye Dillinge.

Hall of Fame Showcase includes playable matches such as: Cactus Jack and Diamond Dallas Page vs. The Fabulous Freebirds (Jimmy Garvin and Michael "PS" Hayes) (WCW Saturday Night 1992), The Fabulous Freebirds (Buddy Roberts and Michael "PS" Hayes) vs. Kerry and Kevin Von Erich (WCCW 1986), Ivory vs. Jacqueline (SmackDown 2000), Sting (gold and black tights) vs. Ric Flair (Clash of Champions 1988), Sting (n.W.o. Wolfpac ring gear) vs. Bret Hart (WCW Halloween Havoc 1998), Papa Shango vs. The Godfather (Dream Match), and Big Boss Man (with A Albert) vs. The Big Show (Armageddon 1999).

Meanwhile, Legend pack brings back Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Eddie Guerrero, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Sycho Sid and Tatanka.

The last DLC, New Moves pack, let players explore in-game moves like Swingout Neckbreaker (made popular by current WWE Raw Women's Champion Charlotte); the Elbro Drop (made popular by WWE Superstar Zack Ryder); the Face Wash Combo (made popular by NXT Superstar Samoa Joe; and the TJP Clutch (made popular by current WWE Cruiserweight Champion T.J. Perkins), PlayStation Lifestyle reported.

All the aforementioned DLC packs are included on the "WWE 2K17" Season Pass, and can be purchased separately when released.

"WWE 2K17" is slated for a release on October 11 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3.
