"Game of Thrones" Season 7 is heating up while theories run as rampant as ever. Tyrion Lannister will win the Iron Throne, and novelist George R.R. Martin teases the hit show's prequel.

There has been a theory in "Game of Thrones" Season 7 that supports Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) will claim his place to the Iron Throne. He has always been the odd sibling compared to Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey). He is often the subject of ridicule and got disdain even in the House Lannister.

In contrast to his siblings in "Game of Thrones" Season 7, Tyrion was never quite as obsessed with power. He was more the reasonable sibling. He found a solid solution to save the city through Daenery's dragons, Viserion and Rhaegal. Meanwhile, his current ally Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) is also facing problems. A major clash might happen between her and Cersei.

A set leak for "Game of Thrones" Season 7 suggests that the filming in Los Barruecos of Malpartida will be a battle in which the Unsullied take part, The Independent reported. The Unsullied will be fighting alongside the Dothraki for Daenerys against an unnamed group. Another set leak claimed that Cersei will be teaming up with Euron Greyjoy (Pilou Asbaek), making them possible targets.

According to Deadline, "Game of Thrones" creator himself Martin hinted at the potential future of the franchise. He said that nothing is guaranteed. However, he confirmed that he is currently writing more material for the hit show. He admitted that he is still at the moment of finishing this show and still have two books to finish.

The co-showrunner D.B. Weiss tipped that the upcoming "Game of Thrones" Seasons 7 and 8 will be bigger and better but will also be worse but mostly better. The Season 7 will consist of seven episodes rather than the usual 10 and is expected to arrive in this coming summer 2017.
