"Indignation" star Logan Lerman is reportedly set to reprise his role for a possible movie "Percy Jackson 3." There are reports suggesting that a TV series version is also coming to The CW soon.

According to The Independent, Lerman has said that "Percy Jackson 3" could still happen, dismissing reports that the film has been scrapped. He also said that he had signed a contract to star in three films. He would appear again if a third installment of the franchise was given the green light.

Lerman admitted that if there is a third one "Percy Jackson 3," he will have to do it. He is contractually obligated to do three movies. He added that he love those movies, making them is fun. He boldly said that even if he was 30 years old, he would return to play teenage hero Percy Jackson again.

"Percy Jackson 3" is based on the "Percy Jackson & the Olympians" novel series that Rick Riordan wrote. In the earlier reports, it had been put off even if the two previous films, namely, "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief" and "Percy Jackson: Sea Monsters," were box office successes.

Lerman just recently starred in the coming-of-age drama "Indignation," Variety reported. The film has hit cinemas on July 29. It was based on the Philip Roth novel about a brilliant young Jewish man (Lerman). He, later on, got infatuated with his beautiful classmate (Sarah Gadon) and encountered the college's dean (Tracy Letts). It is directed by James Schamus.

In place of the movie sequel "Percy Jackson 3," a "Percy Jackson" TV series is coming to be aired on The CW. It is expected to feature a whole new cast of actors. These upcoming actors will be signed into 10-year contracts. The TV network is looking forward to covering $12 million for the series.
