Apple just unveiled iPhone 7 but talks about the next iteration of iPhone is already in full swing. Part of the rumor mill reveals something very interesting about the upcoming telecommunication. The device, expected to be released next year, could be the game changer in the mobile industry. The latest iteration of iPhone and Apple's Watch provide clues on what could be the next iPhone.

Among the rumored changes on the upcoming mobile phone is the use of Zirconia Ceramic. BGR reported that the upcoming phone could be made of the revolutionary ceramic instead of aluminum due to its ability to handle heat and radio transparency. The latter feature is very important because it removes the external antenna bands.

Apple Watch is already using ceramics for its premium version and the tech giant claims it's tougher and it works perfectly for 3D touch. Imagine a mobile phone that fully utilizes this technology in any part of its body. The possibilities on application and games are massive.

iPhone 7 and iPhone 7S boasts of dual-lens cameras and Apple did not just put it there so its users could take better pictures of their pets. CNET reported that Apple will eventually take advantage of the cameras for augmented reality. Augmented reality through cameras is already a reality and Apple has a knack of improving a technology to level that it's actually useful for daily tasks.

Pokémon Go and Nintendo 3DS have championed the latest and the early days of AR. Apple could be using the same technology for a wide variety of services.

Finally, Apple's "courageous" move to remove the headphone jack may just be the beginning. Macrumors estimates that the upcoming mobile device will not just feature wireless charging but even "long range wireless charging." A bump on its hardware could also enable additional security features aside from fingerprint scanning.

Apple has more than a year to work on the upcoming iteration of their mobile phone. But if the current version is any indication, the additional feature Apple will push next year could become the new norm for premium mobile phones in the future.
