After his visit to Kenya with the non-government organization “Good Neighbors” in August, South Korean actor Yoon Si Yoon has proven that he does not only possess a good-looking face alone but he also has a kind heart for the people in need. To give everyone a picture of his trip, the star shared his experience through an interview.

According to Yoon, his recent travel in the African country has made him realize that the idea of giving can be subjective. He further believes that despite the common belief that people should prioritize their country when extending help or should focus on many important matters, it does not really matter because no one can really determine which problems or needs weighs the most.

"The important thing to me is that the children I met all needed help immediately. They don't even have basic necessities. I saw through my own eyes just how the slightest bit of help creates a big change in these children's lives," Yoon said as quoted by All KPop.

Yoon confessed that it makes him sad when he gets to know the stories of the children after spending some time with them. However, he tried not to cry because he feels that it is not the right thing to do.

“As a stranger to this lifestyle, I don't have the right to pity them. I can't put together all of the stories that I encountered in Kenya in just a few words, but the one word that I can muster up is 'education.' I felt that education was the only hope and the future," said Yoon.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old star has recently posed for the September issue of the “Korea Wind Direction”, All KPop reported. In the shots, the Yoon has exposed his youth-spirited character.

Yoon made his TV debut in 2009 in the drama series “High Kick Through the Roof” which earned him an MBC's Best Couple award alongside Shin Se Kyung and a Best New Actor in TV nomination for the Baeksang Arts Awards. He rose to fame the following year after the hit TV show “King of Baking, Kim Takgu”.
