The world of Superheroes is once again in hyper drive with the teaser release and shooting announcement of the upcoming "The Avengers: Infinity War." While the announcement is pretty much head-on, the video also featured a book that could provide hints on what will happen when the movie premieres next year.

Compendium for Blockbuster Revealed!

Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Star Lord got together on screen for the first time to announce the first day of shooting for "The Avengers: Infinity War." Various artworks were also revealed featuring Thanos and the hotly anticipated team-up of Thor and Raccoon.

But even with all the hype and artwork, a large book was also featured in the preview. Fortunately, this is not just any random book lying around as Comicbook reports that it's actually the "The Infinity Gauntlet Omnibus" published in 2014. Fans of the comic books will immediately recognize this as the definitive story that revolves around Thanos.

The good thing about the featured video is the fact that it's fully bookmarked and that could only mean one thing - the upcoming film will heavily base their story on the comic book series. Those looking to brush up on the literature could check out this series to learn more about the upcoming superhero mash-up.

Thanos with Really Bad Intentions

Using "The Infinity Gauntlet Omnibus" coincides with the latest news about Thanos' plan about the infinity stones. Cinemablend reported that film writer Stephen McFeely recently revealed Thanos' intention in gathering the stones. In gist, his plan is to "rebalance the universe" and the infinity stones could allow him to do anything that he wants.

If Thanos gets hold of the precious stones, he could wipe out entire civilizations or even erase any timeline as he sees fit. This is no less the biggest challenge everyone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe will face and the collaboration of nearly every character in Marvel is a must to defeat Thanos.
