(Photo : YouTube/B2utyAroundUS) BEAST members are fighting to keep their name as Cube Entertainment attempts to use it to form new boy group.

BEAST is no longer being managed by Cube Entertainment as the members did not renew their contracts when they expired late last year. The group left, however, Cube shocked everyone when it recently announced that it is re-forming BEAST by adding two new members and putting Jang Hyunseung back to the group.

It can be recalled that Hyunseung left the original 6-member BEAST group and started his own solo career under Cube. On the other hand, the remaining five members decided to leave the company together, but they were not able to secure the trademark rights to their group name.

In this situation, the agency legally own the ‘BEAST' trademark and it can use it however it wants. Now, the five members consisting of Yoon Doo Joon, Lee Kikwang, Yong Jun Hyung, Yang Yoo Seob and Son Dongwoon are negotiating so they can be allowed to continue using the name that fans worldwide have come to known them for.

While the discussion is on-going, the news that Cube is re-forming ‘BEAST' suddenly emerged. According to Instiz, Cube CEO Hong Seung Sung delivered the message by saying, "We want to let everyone know that former BEAST Jang Hyunseung is set to return as a member. We will transform BEAST and turn it into 3-member group."

It was said that the CEO also asked the fans to love and show support to the new BEAST and Jang Hyunseung. However, it seems that Hyunseung was not aware of the issue, via his Instagram, he explained that it was the first time he is hearing about him joining a group.

He also firmly stated that he is not interested and has no plans of being part of BEAST again. The message is not available now as he deleted it a few hours after posting.

Meanwhile, Ilgan Sports News reported that the original members were very surprised with the announcement. Through their newly established company, Around US Entertainment, the members expressed shock and said they only came to know about it through the news. As of now, they are trying to verify if the news is true, and take the necessary steps after confirmation.
