Cross Gene fans were furious after reading a notice posted by the idol group's agency, Amuse Korea. The band's supporters could not take how the members are treated by the company so they spoke out to protect their idols.

According to Allkpop, the note from Amuse Korea was about Cross Gene's upcoming fan meeting in Korea. Although the event is taking place in the boys' hometown, some fans find it strange that only Japanese fans are invited to attend.

But this is just one of the issues being brought up by the fans. The thing that really made them furious was the fact that Cross Gene's agency seems to be trying to "sell" the six members to female fans. In a way, the promo about the fan meet event, sounds like they are offering some cheap services as sex workers.

Fans pointed out in the post about the event, fans were given a "menu" where they would choose which action they want from Cross Gene members. Some examples include intimate actions such as a back rub, back hug, head stroking and so on.

The fans used social media to air their disappointment with the group's agency and they tried to emphasized that Cross Gene is an idol group consisting of singers and not some sort of hosts that sell special services.

In protest, Destiny (Cross Gene's fandom), used Twitter and trended the hashtags #크로스진은_가수입니다 (trans. Cross Gene are singers) and #크로스진_성상품화 (trans. Cross Gene commercialization of sex). They aimed to spread the word and put right what they think was maltreatment of the idols.

Meanwhile, Cross Gene has been posting teasers for its newest mini-album entitled "Mirror." Based on the promo, it is set to be released on Feb. 8.

However, another teaser was uploaded and it showed "White Mind" in the title. There was also the date Jan. 31 so fans are confused and trying to figure whether this is a pre-release track or something else like an event before "Mirror" arrives. Apparently, the answer will be known on the 31st.
